Abstract

In this paper, the relationship between public investment, private investment and growth in Mexico over the past 20 years with the aim of verifying analyzed for evidence of crowding out or otherwise crowding in in that period, ie if public investment has shifted to private investment or fostered. The analysis results can rule out the presence of crowding out effect observed instead feedback between public investment and private investment, ie, there is complementarity between the two types of investment and both can affect economic. growth.
