Relevant factors of the profile of the mexican business entrepreneur: is the mexican entrepreneur innovative?

Abstract

Entrepreneurship has acquired great importance in the economic area, for its contribution to the growth and development of a country, through the crea¬tion of companies. The objective of this work is to design an ideal profile of the Mexican entrepreneur, which it becomes the factor that provides a high probability in the creation of new value-added generating companies and at the same time, in which small and medium-sized Mexican companies, hel¬ping the industrialization of the Mexican economy. They are presented in this research, through a correlation model, as well as a weighting with the Coeffi¬cient of Entrepreneurial Leadership (CLE), the characteristics of the Mexican entrepreneur using economic variables (GED)) to achieve the viability of en¬trepreneurship projects.
